With London 2012 on the horizon there has never been a more exciting time to work in British sport.
We are seeing greater numbers participating than ever before, we are investing in an outstanding pool of talent and coming up over the next three years, we will be hosting some of the most prestigious Major Championships in the game - from the annual Yonex All England Open Badminton Championships which be staged for the hundredth time this year, to the European Badminton Championships in Manchester 2010, followed by the World Badminton Championships to be hosted in London in 2011 - all of which are a sign-post to the Olympics Games, London 2012.
